Dull and lifeless
A shadow life
My moon has left me
My stars don’t shine
In endless rain
I spend my time
Shadow world is where I stay
With whispers
Of long lost days
My Sun has left me
The clouds are formed
In torrential rain
I am reborn

Her breathing deep
His heartbeat steady
She drifts to dreams

Stormy night
In dreams she weeps
He holds her close
Stopping silent screams

His arms so strong
Wrap her tight
Her breath is steady
No more fright

A perfect calm
Her breathing deep
His steady presence
Is all she needs

Silky waves are calling me somewhere in my dreams

Ocean mist is touching me while in my bed I sleep

Too long has it been since I tasted the sea

Too long has it been since the waves caressed me

I long for my nights walking alone on the dunes

I long a glimpse of my indigo Moon

Neptune’s daughter alone on the sand

Holding the Moon in the palm of her hand

Silky waves are calling me somewhere in my dreams

Ocean mist is touching me while in my bed I sleep

In endless pain I spend my time
Shadow world is where I stay
Whispers of what used to be bright and gay
The sun has left me
The clouds have formed
In endless rain I have been reborn
A wraith in life
So close to death
Just one final kiss
Until one last breath.
