Dreaming Through November ~ Epiphany

Epiphany

You don’t realize
How deep
Past damage seeps,
Until you try to
Move on.

Hiding

A kiss
My sigh
That look
Goodbye
Not worth it
I know
Alone
You must go
Vodka
And tears
Heartbreak
It’s here
A kiss
My sigh
That look
Goodbye
No reason
No reply
Just kiss me
Goodbye
I’ll see you around
Hiding my frown

Twilight (Published work written PRIOR to Stephenie Meyer)

 Twilight

Twilight’s reign grows week,
as moonbeams take the throne.
Those of eternal sleep,
will wake for the Sun is gone.
The wind whispers in the trees,
while the spiders run in the grass.
The one being I seek,
will return at last.
The light from his eye’s will guide my way.
The touch of his kiss will smother my pain.
The embrace of his arms will put me in Heaven,
and the song in his voice will linger forever.
The moonbeams glow in the night,
as the wind sings the trees a lullaby.
My love and I will take flight,
and leave the world a kiss goodbye.

Shadow & Rain

Muted colors before my eyes
Dull and lifeless
A shadow life
My moon has left me
My stars don’t shine
In endless rain
I spend my time
Shadow world is where I stay
With whispers
Of long lost days
My Sun has left me
The clouds are formed
In torrential rain
I am reborn

Waltzing in Shadow

Waltzing In Shadow

Dearest dreamer speak with me

Tell me of the visions that your eyes see

Tell me of the dimensions that you have known

Tell me the secrets that your eyes hold

Dear sweet dreamer sit with me

Hold my hand and be still with me

Gaze at my lake of shimmering glass

Let it’s calmness dissipate the past

My dearest dreamer walk with me

By moonlit meadow and whispering streams

We can walk in shadow by the snowy sea

We can walk by starlight under the shelter of trees

Dear sweet dreamer what do you see

What things do you keep hidden from me

What thoughts are you harboring as we float here in the haze of dreams

My dearest dreamer come to me

Hold me tight and sing with me

In dreams our souls can forever be..
